Made to order items
Our items are handmade to order in the UK. Please check the notification bar at the top of your browser as this will state our current production time. Need your order for a specific date? Add rush order to cart alongside your order (you’ll find ‘rush order’ at the bottom of the ‘Shop all’ page. once at checkout, you can then leave the date in which you need your order by in the notes section.
Returns
Please note - we are a made to order/ measure small business. due to this we do not issue refunds on any made to order item(‘s). what we do offer: if your item does not fit quite right or you’d like a different colour etc.. we will offer an exchange for either a different size or different item of clothing from our site. if that doesn’t suit we also offer an alterations service, or store credit with no expiry date.
Alterations: if you would like your style altered this is an additional cost of £15
clothing may only be exchanged for other items of clothing and not accessories. accessories may be exchanged for other accessories.
If you have requested custom measurements (such as leg length or waist size) then we cannot accept refunds or exchanges unless item is faulty.
to avoid any exchanges or alterations please double check your size before ordering and/or you can leave your measurements in the notes section at checkout.
